I wanted to share some information on the Frontage Road construction project and provide some contact information that homeowners can use to share your concerns.
Troy Township has indicated that IDOT is responsible for this project and the frontage road will be in its current configuration with one lane until approximately December 15th. After December 15th, the road will return to two lanes for the duration of winter. They agree that the one-lane condition is not ideal, but necessary to complete the I-80 project.
