We are located in Will County, Illinois.<\/p>\n<p>Membership shall be open to resident homeowners of the Camelot subdivision.<\/p>\n<p>Camelot Homeowners Association has the following benefits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Creates a sense of community.<\/li>\n<li>Ownership and maintenance of common properties, including the Camelot sign.<\/li>\n<li>Advocating for the interest of homeowners in a combined and organized manner with the water company, other utility companies, and Troy Township.<\/li>\n<li>Arranging neighborhood activities such as summer block parties, Easter egg hunts, Trick-or-Treating, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Sharing neighborhood news via the Facebook group and website.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neighborhood directory (hoping to bring this back for 2026).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Communications<\/h2>\n<p>All news, meeting minutes, agendas, events, etc. will be posted to this website. \u00a0We will also share these posts on the Facebook group. \u00a0<strong>There is an option to subscribe to new posts here on the website by entering your email address.<\/strong> \u00a0If you need anything from the Board of Directors, please contact the Secretary: <a href=\"mailto:camelotsecretary@gmail.com\">camelotsecretary@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Dues<\/h2>\n<p>2026 dues are currently $55. \u00a0The dues notice can be found here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.camelothomeowners.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/2026-Camelot-Dues-Notice.pdf\">2026 Camelot Dues Notice<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Documents<\/h2>\n<p>All documents can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.camelothomeowners.org\/index.php\/documents\/\">here<\/a>. \u00a0This includes by-laws, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, etc.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Introduction Welcome to the Camelot Homeowners Association website.
