Hi everyone! I wanted to share some quick updates from the HOA meeting this week.<\/p>\n

I was elected as the new Secretary. I\u2019m currently working on transitioning information and documents from the prior secretary. Official meeting minutes from the last two meetings will be posted next week. I\u2019m also working on posting prior meeting minutes from the past several years.<\/p>\n

Going forward, we\u2019re going to leverage the Camelot website (https:\/\/www.camelothomeowners.org<\/a>) to post all meeting agendas, minutes, news, etc. I will cross-post to the Facebook group as well. There is also an option on the website to subscribe, and you\u2019ll receive an email when there are new posts. You can access this on the right sidebar. Let me know if you need help. Please share this info with your neighbors if they don\u2019t currently use Facebook or access the website so they can stay informed.<\/p>\n

Esteban has resigned as President and there is now a vacancy. Carey Brown (current Vice President) will be serving as the acting President until a new one is elected. We also have several other open board positions. We need your help here, so please consider volunteering for one of these positions. Let me or another board member know and we can provide more information.<\/p>\n

Halloween was discussed, but it\u2019s too late to make changes for this year. This topic will be revisited at a future meeting.<\/p>\n

I look forward to taking on this new position and will do my best to keep everyone informed.<\/p>\n
