{"id":752,"date":"2024-11-21T11:12:07","date_gmt":"2024-11-21T17:12:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.camelothomeowners.org\/?p=752"},"modified":"2024-11-21T11:12:07","modified_gmt":"2024-11-21T17:12:07","slug":"november-2024-meeting-minutes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.camelothomeowners.org\/index.php\/2024\/11\/21\/november-2024-meeting-minutes\/","title":{"rendered":"November 2024 Meeting Minutes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The minutes from the November 20, 2024 Camelot Homeowners meeting have been posted: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.camelothomeowners.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/20241120-November-Camelot-HOA-Meeting-Minutes.pdf\">November Meeting Minutes<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A few highlights from the meeting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Frontage Road Construction<\/strong><br \/>\nKen Maiberger shared that he attended the Troy Township meeting and also talked to Dave from IDOT . The official target is still December 15th to reopen both lanes, although it could happen sooner. A meeting will be held with homeowners before the Spring construction work resumes for IDOT to share details. The Spring lane closure will have a single lane down the middle that\u2019s 11+ feet wide, which will be much better than the current narrow single lane. There has also been discussion on creating an emergency ramp from the I-55 ramp to the frontage road by Leisure Lake, for emergency use only.<\/li>\n<li>Sue Shukstor has resigned from the board due to her unavailability to attend meetings. Thank you Sue for all your contributions and leading the Halloween costume parade!<\/li>\n<li>Four new board members were elected: Pete DeCraene, Erik Borne, Julia O\u2019Dell, and Margaret Manthey. \u00a0Welcome to the board! \u00a0We have now filled all open vacancies.<\/li>\n<li>Erik Borne was elected as President and is excited to take on this role.<\/li>\n<li>The full list of board members can be accessed here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.camelothomeowners.org\/index.php\/board-members\/\">Board Members<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A few reminders:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Winter Snow Removal Reminder<\/strong><br \/>\nDuring the winter months, Township trucks and road crews will be out plowing and salting the \u201cunincorporated\u201d road areas. We ask that the residents keep their vehicles off the streets when there has been a snowfall so the plows can safely and efficiently plow the streets and cul-de-sacs.
