{"id":780,"date":"2025-01-17T09:06:54","date_gmt":"2025-01-17T15:06:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.camelothomeowners.org\/?p=780"},"modified":"2025-01-17T09:06:54","modified_gmt":"2025-01-17T15:06:54","slug":"january-2025-meeting-minutes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.camelothomeowners.org\/index.php\/2025\/01\/17\/january-2025-meeting-minutes\/","title":{"rendered":"January 2025 Meeting Minutes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The minutes from the January 15, 2025 Camelot Homeowners meeting have been posted: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.camelothomeowners.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/20250115-January-Camelot-HOA-Meeting-Minutes.pdf\">January Meeting Minutes<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A few highlights from the meeting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dates were set for the following events. \u00a0More details will come later on each event.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Easter Egg Hunt<\/strong>: Friday April 11th 9pm and Saturday April 12th 9am<\/li>\n<li><strong>Summer Block Party<\/strong>: Saturday August 16th (tentative)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trick-or-Treating<\/strong>: Sunday October 26th 1-5pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The 2025 budget was reviewed and approved. \u00a0Dues will remain at $55\/year per household and notices will go out in February.<\/li>\n<li>Elections will take place in March for the positions of Vice President, Treasurer, and 4 board members. If you\u2019re interested in running for any of these positions, please let us know by emailing <a href=\"mailto:camelotsecretary@gmail.com\">camelotsecretary@gmail.com<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A few reminders:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Winter Snow Removal Reminder<\/strong><br \/>\nDuring the winter months, Township trucks and road crews will be out plowing and salting the \u201cunincorporated\u201d road areas. We ask that the residents keep their vehicles off the streets when there has been a snowfall so the plows can safely and efficiently plow the streets and cul-de-sacs.
