Annual dues payments of $55 were due April 1st. It’s not too late to still submit your payment. Here is the flyer that was sent out that has details on how to submit payment: 2025 Dues Notice
As a reminder, the small $55 dues payment each year is primarily used for the following items:
- Ownership and maintenance of the front property, including the sign, mowing, landscaping, replacing the US Flag, etc.
- Hosting neighborhood events including the Easter Egg Hunts, Summer Block Party, and Trick-or-Treating.
- Welcoming new homeowners to the neighborhood with a welcome letter and small gift.
- Hosting the Camelot HOA website in order to share information with our neighborhood, including events, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, news, etc.
- Neighborhood directory (hoping to bring this back in 2026).
- Building reserves for future neighborhood needs.
